At Windwood, our strength comes from the people who call it home. The community is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors and supported by a network of resident-led committees. Together, they help maintain our buildings and grounds, plan events, manage budgets, and ensure that Windwood remains a beautiful and welcoming place for everyone.

Board of Directors

The Windwood Board of Directors is elected by homeowners and oversees the day-to-day operations, financial management, and long-term planning of the association. Board members work closely with our on-site manager and committees to make decisions that benefit all residents.

The Board’s responsibilities include:

Resident Committees

Our committees are the heartbeat of Windwood. Each one is made up of volunteers who contribute their time, creativity, and expertise to specific areas of community life.

Building & Grounds Committee

Oversees maintenance projects, repairs, and improvements to keep Windwood safe, functional, and attractive.

Aesthetics Committee

Focuses on design elements, visual appeal, and enhancements throughout the property — from décor choices to signage and shared spaces.

Welcome Committee

Greets new residents, provides helpful resources, and ensures every neighbor feels at home from the start.

Social Committee

Plans and hosts community events, holiday celebrations, and activities that help residents connect and build friendships.

Landscape Committee

Brings color and life to Windwood’s green spaces through planting, landscaping, and beautification efforts.

Finance Committee

Collaborates with the Board to review budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain financial transparency and stability.
